Blackshore Property was formed in 2012 by Chris Read, a Chartered Surveyor and a property development and regeneration practitioner with over 30 years' experience as a 'client' in the property sector

Chris has held senior positions with a number of the most influential and effective companies in UK real estate development and has a strong track-record of successfully delivering projects of all types in London and widely esewhere in the UK

Blackshore Property is a development management and consultancy company focusing on mixed-use, residential and commercial development, and regeneration

We provide a consultancy, development management and interim support resource to property and non-property organisations in planning and delivering successful development strategies and schemes

We cover all aspects of the development process from strategy formulation and portfolio review (including in support of Asset Management), through acquisition, funding, planning, and development management and delivery, to marketing and disposal
